Cayo Paredón, Cuba – February 2024

In February 2024, we traveled to Cayo Paredón, Cuba for an all-inclusive stay at the Grand Aston, a 5-star hotel. After a transfer by REM and bus from Brossard, and a direct flight from Montreal, we enjoyed the hotel, restaurants, and activities like snorkeling.

Cusco, Peru – Summer 2023 (Part 1)

During the summer of 2023, I opted for a humanitarian trip to Cusco, Peru, with the Peru Volonteer and Travel organization, rather than a traditional vacation. It was my introduction to South America and I helped underprivileged children. I learned Spanish through Skype and Duolingo and traveled via three flights from Montreal. Arriving in Cusco, admiration for the landscape replaced my initial stress.
